If you should find bugs in our ConsumerCheck software we would like to hear from you so that we can fix the problem as quickly as possible. How to report a bug

Please send us a short description of the problem and how it came about. If possible, attach a screen shot to your email if this helps you describing the problem. Also, you could attach the ConsumerCheck log file (file name: ConsumerCheck.log) that contains detailed information on what when wrong and that will help us locate the problem. You can find the log file in this (by default) hidden folder.

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming

If your folder is hidden, you will need to enter the above path directly into the windows explorer to get to the folder.
